Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Repair Network Leader (f/m) to join our Supply Chain Operations team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing essential Component Exchange programs for major airlines globally. As part of the Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) team, you will be involved in leading a team of 5 people worldwide aiming at ensuring our network remains current and optimized, leveraging supplier solutions to support our expanding global customer base.

Your challenges:

  • Lead & Support a team of 5 people who is split between Kuala Lumpur and Toulouse in their daily work and multiple projects

  • Own, update, and actively maintain the Repair Network, ensuring all stream leads (Performance, Cost, Transformation) are well balanced and meet the needs

  • Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on regular multi-functional team meetings, tracking action items, action owners, and progress, while maintaining the project's escalation matrix and building clear dashboards to report on project health and performance targets

  • Support the consolidation of internal strategy alignments between procurement, engineering, and operational teams regarding supplier capabilities and performance, acting as a stakeholder liaison to coordinate between the business and IT departments to develop necessary tools

  • Focus on Activity Integration (link pool balancing and forecasting activities) and Continuous Improvement (service enhancement for repair network activities and problem solving within Repair Operations)

Your boarding pass:

  • + 5 years experience in supply chain ou dans le secteur de l'aéronautique

  • Results oriented, and the ability to work with short deadlines and in a fast changing environment

  • Team spirit, leadership, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to challenge action owners politely but firmly to secure delivery

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience and working with data logic alongside Project management skills

  • Maintenance Part 145 knowledge (will be a plus)

  • Required: French & English advanced level
