About the Company
Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions
"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026.
"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
The Quality Manager is responsible for defining and ensuring the application of the Quality Program for the satellite. This role guarantees the quality of the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) services provided throughout the project.
Job Description
- Ensure the conformity of all operations performed by the integration teams.
- Verify that constraints related to equipment delivered to AIT are properly documented and followed.
- Ensure adherence to quality rules for all ground support equipment and measurement tools used on the product.
- Be part of the approval loop of the integration procedures and traceability documents.
- Guarantee the correct application and usage of traceability documents.
- Oversee equipment entry and exit inspections in compliance with established AIT warehouse processes.
- Manage Non-Conformities identified during integration activities.
- Verify the final handling and closure of all "open tasks" concerning the satellite.
- Verify the implementation of AIT security measures (e.g., conformity suitcases, forbidden telecommand files).
- Manage quality aspects for external environmental tests and satellite launch campaigns.
- Prepare for and participate in key reviews (TRR, TRB, shipment review).
- Manage the list of AIT traceability documents through to their closure.
- Provide the satellite's "as-built" (final configuration) documentation.
- Facilitate Local Anomaly Treatment meetings in case of anomalies, ensuring all necessary personnel are present for resolution.
- Control and follow up on critical cleanroom activities, such as satellite handling operations.
- Execute satellite key-point checks and general quality inspections. Draft and maintain satellite "key-point" procedures.
- Drive and support the continuous improvement of AIT processes.

Requirements
In addition to core knowledge in electronics and mechanics:
- Fluency in French and in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Capacity to organize time, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a strong synthetic mind.
- Ability to manage a small group of stakeholders and serve as a facilitator.
- Demonstrates rigor, order, and methodical work habits.
