As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, Airbus is deploying a strategic project aimed at collecting and analyzing High5+ consumption and emission data across the group in a data foundation. This initiative is crucial to achieving our sustainability goals.

The deployment manager's assistant helps the team track deployments, supports the creation and monitoring of the roadmap, and coaches local staff.

Your future job, should you choose to accept it...

- Actively participate in the deployment of a new environmental data collection platform across various group sites.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes by assisting with their formalization, communication, and acceptance by the teams affected by these changes.
- Design and create training and communication materials (user guides, video tutorials, presentations, fact sheets, etc.) to ensure rapid and effective adoption of the new tools by users.
- Co-facilitate training sessions and provide direct support to operational teams.
- Propose the most relevant communication and training formats and methods. You will have the opportunity to experiment with and implement your own ideas to maximize the impact of your actions and buy-in for the change.
- Monitor adoption and gather user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the solution.

Are you the talent we're looking for?

- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, IT project management, sustainability with strong digital knowledge
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- PaaS expertise: Skywise knowledge or at least familiarity with big data, AI, databases
- Sustainability: Knowledge on the topic or at least curiosity to know more about this fascinating topic
- LBIP and Agile project management
- Communication: Fluent in French and English (written/verbal), with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable for all the stakeholders. German or Spanish would be a plus.
- Stakeholder management: A persuasive and diplomatic approach to gaining buy-in and driving alignment across diverse teams (35+ sites)
- Problem solving: A proactive, analytical mindset capable of making rapid and accurate decisions
- Autonomy and proactivity: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Airbus ecosystem: Knowledge on processes, departments and roles within Airbus
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
