Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Major Repairs / Working Parties Travel and Immigration Coordinator (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of travel, immigration, and administrative logistics for the Major Repairs & Working Party (WP) teams. Operating in a high-pressure, unscheduled environment, the role ensures global mobility compliance, cost-efficiency, and safety for multidisciplinary teams (including 2nd wave FAL/Plant members) across diverse international projects.

Your challenges:
1. Global Mobility & Immigration Compliance & Hangar access
- Visa & Work Permit Coordination: Identify specific legal requirements for diverse nationalities; liaise with embassies, consulates, Global Mobility, and customers to secure correct documentation
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough investigations into local labor laws to prevent legal risks (fines, entry denials, or detention) for employees.
- Mission Documentation: Draft tailored invitation and mission letters; coordinate with HRBPs and management for official signatures.
Hangar access coordination (worldwide): Manage hangar access permits worldwide, mandatory medical visit coordination,
2. Travel & Financial Management
- Travel Focal Point: Act as the Focal Point for the SBCR team within the 'Travel Critical Watch Tower' network, participating in recurrent reporting and meetings.
Communicate on travel security risks based on project locations; collaborate with the Travel Security Manager for "Medium/High Risk" zones.Travel Cost
- Optimization: Negotiate group hotel rates and flexible cancellation policies.
- Financial Accuracy: Validate travel bookings against correct Corporate Project Numbers (CPN) to ensure precise cost allocation.
3. Communication & Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge Sharing: Identify and promote Best Practices within the Operations Readiness Coordinator pole.
- Internal Networking: Contribute to SBCR workshops, "Team Talk" organizations, and article collection for the C3 communication network.
Your boarding pass:
- Bilingual in English (written and spoken), able to manage contractual exchanges
- High adaptability to "unscheduled events," ability to work under extreme stress, and strong negotiation skills.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive personnel and project data with high confidentiality.
- Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in travel booking tools (KDS), procurement systems (Click'nBuy), and international immigration frameworks.
