Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Verification & Validation Electronic Engineer (m/f) to join our Avionics & Simulation Products department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing in-house critical avionics equipment and simulators. Within the 1YYEDV Hardware Physical Design & Validation team, you will be involved in the verification and validation of our flight control computers, aiming to ensure equipment conformity against requirements for all Airbus aircraft.

Your challenges:

- Define and lead the Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy for flight control computers, ensuring fluid communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure equipment conformity through rigorous requirement analysis, demonstrating a synthetical mindset.
- Design and follow up on verification means and enabling products, while bringing creativity and innovation to complex problem-solving.
- Actively collaborate within a dynamic team for the execution of board and FPGA verification strategies.
- Leverage your presentation skills to clearly and effectively report on conformity status and environmental qualification results.

Your boarding pass:

- Background in Engineering specialized in Electronics, with a strong curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Technical expertise: V&V methodologies (Board/FPGA), laboratory instruments, Python, and high-speed design (Signal Integrity, Multi-Core Processing).
- Team Spirit: Ability to thrive and contribute within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Communication & Presentation: Proficiency in conveying technical information clearly and convincingly.
- Analytical & Creative Mindset: A synthetic thinker capable of proposing innovative approaches to meet technological challenges.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
