Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for aDelivery Support Manager (f/m) to join our Delivery Center, based in Toulouse, France.

As Delivery Support Manager you will be a key actor of the aircraft manufacturing and delivery process and will contribute to the on-time and on-quality delivery targets.

Your challenges:

- Support Delivery Transactions Managers (DTM)(1) in their day-to-day mission:

- Understand, investigate and coordinate with all internal partners any technical, quality or industrial issue raised by the Customer for commercial resolution during aircraft manufacturing or delivery.
- Based on upfront analysis, build business cases and propose to the DTM a commercial resolution to those issues suitable for both Airbus and the customer. Put this commercial proposal in writing.
- On a given topic, make the analysis of past commitments given on similar topics with associated costing and recommendations to help the DTM propose the most appropriate commercial commitment to solve the situation. Review, draft, revise contractual language in the corresponding commitment letter item.
- Act as the focal point for fleet wide topics to prepare a dossier in collaboration with all responsible functions (customer support, engineering, quality, etc) with the necessary information to guide the DTM community for the management of the topic

(1) The Delivery Transactions Managers are Airbus commercial interfaces in front of our Customers during aircraft manufacturing and delivery. They are in charge of discussing with our customers any technical or quality item raised during aircraft deliveries and identified as having commercial repercussions.

- Continuously monitor and report delivery commitments costs exposure:

Ensure a permanent and accurate control and evaluation of the cost generated by all commercial commitments following each aircraft delivery transaction.

- Analyse commitment letter items to identify repetitive patterns and assess potential impact. Propose commercial guidelines and define appropriate wording.

- Lead and monitor the contractual aircraft technical delivery documentation process

Your boarding pass:

- We are looking for a new team member with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the aerospace field.
- General aircraft Knowlege (structure and systems)
- Technical-Legal writing (contractual wording)
- Financial Literacy (cost-benefits analysis)
- Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- English and French: proficient level
