Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Project Management Specialist for EGNOS V3 (m/f) to join our PMO Department based in Toulouse, France.

Space Systems delivers some of the most challenging and exciting projects in Airbus. These projects require a strong coordination across different disciplines, such as engineering, operation, or project management. Within this environment, the PMO (Project Management Office) plays a key role in ensuring consistent programme control, performance, and execution.

As part of the EGNOS V3 integrated PMO team, you will act as a key enabler to the project execution - supporting the overall project execution with a strong focus on integrated planning, performance monitoring, and governance definition / implementation.

This role is embedded within the project team, and contributes to the successful delivery of the project through proactive coordination and data-driven decision-making. This role reports hierarchically to the Head of PMO for Telecom & Navigation System but is functionally embedded within the assigned project.

Your challenges:

- Maintain and consolidate the integrated project schedule, ensuring consistency across all contributing stakeholders (engineering, IVQ, deployment, etc.),
- Support the definition and maintenance of the project baseline (schedule, milestones, deliverables) and the customer deliverables,
- Identify and monitor the critical path, risks, and schedule deviations, proposing mitigation actions,
- Maintain the Project Management Plan and ensure the programme's adherence to this plan, including the Schedule Management Plan and Resource Management Plan,
- Track programme progress and provide clear visibility on schedule performance through dashboards,
- Support the implementation roadmap and monitoring of Earned Value Management (EVM) where applicable,
- Define and monitor KPIs to support project performance management,
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external reporting as required,
- Support the preparation of project reviews and milestones (e.g. Maturity Gates, customer reviews, etc.),
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders for planning & performance topics,
- Contribute to the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management process, ensuring integration of R&O impacts into planning & performance analysis (e.g. SRA, etc.),
- Support definition and follow-up of mitigation actions, esp. on schedule performance related risks,
- Act as a transversal interface between project and central entities (cross-programme, PM CoC, etc.) on schedule & performance related topics,
- Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives related to project control, planning, and tools,
- Contribute to the harmonisation of ways of working and best practices.

Your profile:

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant fields,
- Proven experience (4-6+ years) in project planning or PMO roles within complex Space / Ground segment industrial environments,
- Strong experience in project schedule governance and integrated planning, including resource management,
- Good understanding of project performance management, including Earned Value Management (EVM) principles,
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder and cross-functional teams,
- High level of expertise required in project management tools (e.g. Planisware / Unified Planning),
- Basic knowledge of Risk & Opportunity management process, as well as experience in Schedule Risk Analysis,
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate schedule data into actionable insights,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Previous experience as PMO on a complex industrial programme in Space / Ground Segment is a plus,
- Airbus PM/PMO Certification / PMP is a plus,
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
