Join an innovative company operating in the space sector, where you will play a key role in supporting business development and proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate incoming customer tenders to ensure alignment with technical and commercial capabilities
- Support sales activities across key accounts and/or regions in line with company priorities
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of proposals, including technical solutions, cost estimations, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate closely with sales teams during client discussions and negotiation phases
- Ensure a smooth transition from bid phase to project execution by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Manage bid closure activities, including documentation, budget reconciliation, and internal reporting
- Capture and share lessons learned to improve future bidding processes and overall performance
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
- Engage with prospective clients and contribute to promoting the company's space-related solutions

Location:

- Position based in Paris or Toulouse, with occasional travel required between both sites

Candidate Profile

- Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, preferably within the space or aerospace domain
- 5-7 years of experience in engineering, bid management, or project coordination, ideally in a high-tech or space-related environment
- Ability to work independently while managing priorities effectively in a dynamic SME setting
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
- Confident communicator, capable of interacting professionally with clients to understand needs and manage expectations
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced context
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
