About the Company

Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions

"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026.

"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.


The Head of Procurement is responsible for leading the procurement function and managing the procurement & logistics team. He/She ensures the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, while supporting strategic direct/project procurement activity, and delivering and owning all indirect procurement end to end process.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Strategy

- Lead and structure the procurement & logistics team.
- Participate actively in negotiations for direct/project procurement.
- Define and deploy the indirect procurement strategy and process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Direct Procurement

Direct procurement is covering all project needs.

- Participate actively in contract negotiations with suppliers for direct procurement.
- Execute the contract once signed (PO management, logistics for good delivery) and ensure a smooth relationship between project teams, suppliers and finance function.
- Mutualise procurement and supply chain best practices across projects.

Indirect Procurement Leadership

- Oversee the full procurement cycle: needs collection, RfP/RfQ, negotiation, contracting.
- Lead strategic negotiations across indirect categories.
- Ensure supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Process & Tools Ownership

- Define, implement, and improve procurement processes and tools (ERP, templates, workflows).
- Ensure proper use of procurement tools and documentation.
- Define and monitor KPIs and reporting.

Reporting & Compliance

- Deliver procurement dashboards (spend, savings, supplier performance).
- Ensure audit readiness with proper documentation and traceability.
