Superviseur Electricité H/F - 31

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to support the ALDIM CO? Capture Prototype project, located near Toulouse.
The mission covers all project phases, from engineering review to operation support.

Project phases:

- Engineering and site documentation review
- Pre-commissioning
- Commissioning
- Operation support

Missions:

- Review electrical engineering studies, drawings, and technical documentation
- Identify design or execution issues and coordinate with the Engineering & Construction (E&C) office to implement corrective actions
- Supervise electrical activities during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operation phases
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance on site
- Maintain and update all electrical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide daily reporting to the Site Manager
- Ensure effective communication between site teams, the client, and the E&C office
- Proactively identify risks and technical issues and drive timely solutions
- Capitalize lessons learned to support future dismantling and relocation of the ALDIM unit

Expected Deliverables

- Daily site activity and progress reports
- Clear, accurate, and up-to-date electrical documentation (as-built, reports, updates)
- Strong coordination and communication with all stakeholders
- High-quality execution and follow-up of electrical works

- Profile
- Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on industrial or energy projects
- Experience working with engineering offices (E&C) and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards
- Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage)

Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and instrumentation interfaces
- Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- Ability to review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and specifications
- Familiarity with industrial standards and codes (IEC, NFC, or equivalent)
- Experience in site electrical supervision and contractor coordination
